Refund policy

We want you to love your Batvez purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at batvezofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo/video. For COD orders, please inspect your package at delivery — if damaged or tampered, do not accept it and inform us immediately. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
